Over 70 people attended the Mother and Daughter night held in the hall on Wednesday May 9th. The girls enjoyed activities such as bead-making, scrapbooking, basketball and biscuit-making.
Our Chaplain, Mrs Rachel Thompson, delivered a short message on the importance of feelings and emotions not ruling our decision-making rather we need to pray about our decisions before making them. She emphasised the importance of life being a mixture of gladness and sadness and the only true constant in our lives is Jesus Christ.
During the evening, the lovely Miss Jane Ambler, Art Teacher, danced and Tahni Walton-Holmes sang for us. The senior girls showed their leadership skills In delivering the activities.
We are very thankful to the PFF for their gift bags, supper and support of this evening.
