This last week we were blessed to have a visit from Joh Knijnenburg from the Qld Bible Society who came and ministered to Senior and Junior school with a mixture of song, stories, gospel presentation and interaction from students – he presented a picture of our lives as a puzzle and how things are not always as they appear, but it is in knowing God that we make sense of our lives and find our purpose. Joh travels to schools and all around Queensland and northern NSW and we are having discussions about myself and a group of senior school students touring with him on a trip to western Qld possibly some time during term 2. This would give our students the opportunity to serve students at other schools, to share their faith, preach, play in a worship band and learn about staging and operating sound equipment.
