In our Senior School Chapel on Thursday, 14 March we were very blessed to have professional musician Dan Bremnes and his band come and perform and minister to us. Dan, Juan, Tyler and Brad are Christian musicians from Canada and are in Australia to perform at Easterfest in Toowoomba over the Easter weekend. Aside from the beautiful worship that the band led us in and Dan playing some of his own songs such as “Beautiful”, band members Juan and Tyler shared some of their personal stories of their life journey. Juan shared about how his decision to follow Jesus has led to a life where even though he still has his ups and downs, he now knows he is here to make a difference and honour God in all he does. Tyler shared about having a tough time as an adolescent and reaching out to God and finding in Him a perfect Father such as he had never known. All the band members gave such a strong testimony as followers of Christ, gifted and called to a life of purpose focused on sharing who God is and blessing all those they minister to in song.
